Return & Refund Policy
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Because of the size and nature of outdoor heating products, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom, used, damaged, modified, or improperly installed products are not eligible for return.
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, customers must notify Sierra Stove™ within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product condition.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
Sierra Stove™ reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions above.
